Possess over 34 years of experience in the fitness & sport equipment industries. Fit Witness has a long and successfull history in the expert witness field. This includes the following functions and responsibilities:

Developed, designed and manufactured a complete free weight exercise line of equipment and complimentary selectorized equipment.

Worked with engineering and research & development departments to develop new fitness products and improve/modify existing fitness products.

Developed training and instructional materials as optical aids for product users, i.e., video's, charts and manuals.

Fitness/Athletics Consultant

President's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports - 7 years; developed, organized, implemented and supervised six national symposiums on "Employee Health & Fitness: The Corporate View."

Invited by the White House to give a presentation to 650 medical doctors during the "Fitness in America - The Medical View" symposium.

National Governors' Council on Physical Fitness & Sports - 6 years.

At the request of China's National Sports Council, trained the country's elite coaches on weight training for all sports.

At the request of the Indonesian Government, trained top coaches and athletes on proper weight training for all sports.

At the request of the U.S. Government, profided training for the military trainers with the AirForce and Marine Corps.

Facilitated fitness training clinics and workshops on numerous occasions in the following countries: Australia...Switzerland...Japan...Germany...England...South Africa...Hong Kong...Sweden...Singapore...Finland...United States.

National Sales Manager/Trainer

Increase sales from $5 Million to $70 Million at Universal Gym Equipment.

Worked in coordination with regional and international managers to train company employees and domestic/international dealers on successful sales techniques.

Developed sales training materials to include audio and video tapes as well as written presentations and manuals

Instructed sales representatives on successful selling to organizations of all size through direct sales, seminars, networking and trade shows.
